8:15 a.m. update: Still crawling in most places

A little rain and lots of crashes and stalls has added up to major delays for commuters. The worst drive continues to be on Hwy. 100 northbound from Crosstown to I-394. Earlier crashes and stalls have cleared, but traffic remains tangled. It's 27 minutes from 494 to 394.

Look out for a bus vs. truck wreck on westbound 94 at Hwy. 52 in downtown St. Paul. That's got traffic knotted up back to White Bear Avenue.

A new fender bender resides on the shoulder of eastbound 394 at I-494. Ahead, it's only 15 minutes to downtown, making that trip one of the better rides on the system.

Northbound Cedar Avenue can't get any momentum. A crash at 35E is adding to the woes commuters are enduring from County 42 up to Crosstown. That is nearly 25 minutes.
