8:15 a.m. update: Stalled school bus on the Crosstown

Traffic on the westbound Crosstown slows at 28th Avenue due to a stalled school bus blocking the right lane just west of Cedar Avenue. It does not appear as if there are children on board.

Traffic on the westbound Crosstown slows at 28th Avenue due to a stalled school bus blocking the right lane just west of Cedar Avenue. It does not appear as if there are children on board.

A couple slow spots to note, southbound Hwy. 169 from 36th Avenue to Hwy. 55, southbound 35E from Hwy. 36 to I-94 in downtown St. Paul, and off-and-on congestion on I-494 in both directions between Hwy. 169 and Cedar Avenue.
