8:15 a.m. update: Stall blocking on Hwy. 100

A stalled vehicle is blocking the left lane of southbound Hwy. 100 at 50th Street. The driver walked away and crossed the highway. Police picked him up on the ramp to 50th Street. Delays kick in at Excelsior Blvd.

A stalled vehicle is blocking the left lane of southbound Hwy. 100 at 50th Street. The driver walked away and crossed the highway. Police picked him up on the ramp to 50th Street. Delays kick in at Excelsior Blvd.

The tire tread blocking the right lane on westbound 394 at County Road 73 has been picked up. All lanes are obstruction free.

Northbound Hwy. 169 is starting to loosen up from Hwy. 101 to 494. Still, that is a 9 minute drive.
