The traffic jam is back on southbound I-35W in northeast Minneapolis. A new mishap involving a box truck is taking out the right lane at 4th Street. That's got traffic jamming near Industrial Blvd.

The misery extends further east, too. Drivers on westbound Hwy. 36 are still trying to get up to speed between 35E and 35W. An earlier crash had blocked a lane near Fairview Avenue for more than an hour. It just cleared within the past few minutes.

Northbound 35W is no picnic between Crosstown and downtown Minneapolis. Wrecks and stalls at 26th Street has traffic knotted up all the way.

Southbound 35E is plugged from Roselawn Avenue to downtown St. Paul. That is due to a stall blocking the right lane at Maryland Avenue.

Other tight spots include a wreck on westbound 494 at Pilot Knob Road and westbound 94 at Prior Avenue.
