All lanes on southbound Lexington Avenue in St. Paul at I-94 have reopened following a rollover crash earlier this morning. Police are still on the scene, but traffic is flowing once again. The ramp to westbound 94 is also back open.
A wreck on northbound 35W at Hwy. 10 just cleared. Southbound traffic remains heavy from Hwy. 10 to downtown Minneapolis. That's at 30-minute trip.
Eastbound 394 clogs up in spots between Hwy. 169 and Dunwoody Blvd. From 494, it's a 17 minute trip to downtown Minneapolis.
