I-94 drivers in Minneapolis are still caught in major congestion. Eastbound slows at 7th Street and creeps along to Huron Blvd. That is 15 minutes. Westbound is jammed from Franklin past a crash on the north end of the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

Westbound 494 suffers due to a crash at 35E. Things drag from the Wakota Bridge.

Northbound Hwy. 61 bunches up from Lower Afton Road to 94.

Westbound Hwy. 36 drags from 35E to 35W. Look for a wreck in the left lane and shoulder at Fairview Avenue.
