A couple incidents off the mainline that are affecting traffic:
There is word that the crossing arms are stuck down on Crooked Lake Blvd. in Coon Rapids.

In Brooklyn Center, a passenger appears to be trapped in a vehicle that crashed at Summit Drive and Earle Brown Drive.
