8:15 a.m. update: I-94 crammed up into Wisconsin

As first responders and tow truck drivers work to clear a crash on westbound 94 at County Road 21 in Afton, traffic waits. Things are crammed back to Carmichael Road on the Wisconsin side of the St. Croix River.

As first responders and tow truck drivers work to clear a crash on westbound 94 at County Road 21 in Afton, traffic waits. Things are crammed back to Carmichael Road on the Wisconsin side of the St. Croix River.

Elsewhere, the wreck on Hwy. 13 at Washburn Avenue is gone, but eastbound traffic is still bound up west of Lynn Avenue.

I'm just hearing a vehicle went off the road on southbound 694 just past Hwy. 36. Look for police to be heading that way.
