8:15 a.m. update: Crashes, stalls plauging the commute on I-94

This has been an awful commute for westbound I-94 drivers. Our newest issues include a stalled vehicle at Hwy. 61 on the east side of St. Paul.

This has been an awful commute for westbound I-94 drivers. Our newest issues include a stalled vehicle at Hwy. 61 on the east side of St. Paul. Ahead, a crash at Cretin Avenue has traffic jammed from Western Avenue past the scene. It's 20 minutes from downtown St. Paul to downtown Minneapolis.

Our other trouble spots include:

  • Crash on east 94 at 7th Street in Minneapolis
    • Northbound 35W at Cleveland Avenue in Roseville
      • Southbound 35E at County J. From there, 20 minutes to downtown St. Paul.
        • Northbound 35E at Roselawn Avenue. Stall in right lane
          • Northbound 35W at Diamond Lake Road in south Minneapolis
            • Rollover crash on 54th Avenue and West Broadway in Crystal
