Traffic is slow to recover on westbound Hwy. 36, but the bottleneck should loosen soon now that a crash at Cleveland Avenue is gone. It's still 17 minutes from White Bear Avenue over to 35W.
Southbound Hwy. 169 should start moving better, too. A crash at Medicine Lake Road has just cleared. Backups still persist back to 49th Avenue.
Eastbound Hwy. 212 is still sluggish, mainly approaching Pioneer Trail where we have an accident on the left shoulder.
Look for traffic to sputter on eastbound 394 from General Mills Blvd to Penn Avenue and northbound 35W from County 42 up to 82nd Street. From County 42 to downtown Minneapolis, plan on 24 minutes.
