8:15 a.m. update: Congestion in places; good driving in others

Fog, heavy in places, is contributing to a slow drive to work.

January 29, 2013 at 11:47AM

It's still foggy and slick out there in places. A vehicle went off the road and landed in the median on northbound Cedar Avenue at Old Shakopee Road. It's 20 minutes from 35E to the Crosstown.

On northbound 35W, it's 17 minutes from the split to the Crosstown.

Westbound 94 is painfully slow. It's 37 minutes from 694 to Riverside Avenue in Minneapolis.

Southbound Hwy. 100 is 23 minutes from 57th Avenue to the Crosstown.

Crosstown is heavy in both directions between 35W and Hwy. 169. That's about 15 minutes.

Westbound 494 is tight from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100. Plan on 20 minutes.

Westbound Hwy. 36 is 14 minutes from Edgerton Street to Fairview Avenue.

Eastbound Hwy. 212 to 35W via 494 is 26 minutes.

Eastbound 94 is 30 minutes from Hwy. 101 to 94.
