8:15 a.m. update: Clearing out on Cedar Avenue

The log jam on northbound Cedar Avenue has loosened quite a bit and travel times from County 42 to 494 have dropped significantly. The accident at 35E is still on the left shoulder, but the slow downs area ahead from Cliff to the river bridge.

The log jam on northbound Cedar Avenue has loosened quite a bit and travel times from County 42 to 494 have dropped significantly. The accident at 35E is still on the left shoulder, but the slow downs area ahead from Cliff to the river bridge. Still, it's 10 to 15 minute drive.

Look out for a ladder blocking the lane on westbound 494 at Hwy. 110 in Mendota Heights.

The newest wreck is on northbound 35W at 35th Street. Plan on 8 minutes from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis.
