8:15 a.m. update: Bound up in southwest metro

This is a tough place to have your truck conk out. But it happened in the center lane of northbound 494 at Hwy. 7. That's adding to the congestion that runs from Hwy. 169 up to 394. Plan on 20 minutes there.

Southbound is heavy from 394 down to Valley View Road.

Eastbound Hwy. 212 is showing resistance from Eden Prairie Road over to the Crosstown. That drive is now at 15 minutes.

Northbound 169 is not moving very fast from the Bloomington Ferry Bridge up to 494. And I-494 in both directions sluggish from Flying Cloud Drive over to Hwy. 100.
