It's been rough on southbound Hwy. 280 this morning. The latest is a stalled vehicle in the left lane at Broadway Street. Ahead, a broken down Metro Transit bus is off on the right shoulder just before the I-94 exits.
In Richfield, look out for a fender bender on the right shoulder at 66th Street.
Congestion continues to hamper the drive on northbound 35W through Burnsville and in the north metro the southbound trip from 95th Avenue to 694 continues to sputter. Both routes are 25 to 28 minutes to downtown Minneapolis.
