8:11 a.m. update: Delays growing for Metro Transit

Vehicles are not moving fast anywhere in the metro area, and neither are buses. Metro Transit says more than 55 percent of its buses are now running behind schedule. The average delay is 9 minutes.

Vehicles are not moving fast anywhere in the metro area, and neither are buses. Metro Transit says more than 55 percent of its buses are now running behind schedule. The average delay is 9 minutes.

Look for delays on the Blue Line of 5 to 10 minutes due to a switching problem on the south end of the line.

Northstar Commuter trains are still running on time.
