8:10 a.m. update: Plugged on 35W

An earlier stall on southbound 35W at Hiawatha has created a traffic jam from Hwy. 36 to I-94. Southbound Hwy. 280 is also a parking lot with 10 minutes needed from Hwy. 36 to 94.

An earlier stall on southbound 35W at Hiawatha has created a traffic jam from Hwy. 36 to I-94. Southbound Hwy. 280 is also a parking lot with 10 minutes needed from Hwy. 36 to 94.

We also have a wreck on eastbound 94 at Hiawatha Avenue. Look for the back up from the Lowry Hill Tunnel past the scene.
