All westbound lanes on 494 at Portland Avenue are back open.
MnDOT and the State Patrol have moved the three vehicles that had crashed in the left and center lane over to the right shoulder.
Traffic is still tight in the area with the backup extending to 24th Avenue.
On eastbound Hwy. 13 at Blackhawk Road, look for an object in the left lane.
Elsewhere, the typical congestion is in place on either side of 35W on the Crosstown. Also look for off and on slow downs on northbound 35W from Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis.
