A large fire at a concrete factory has the intersection of Lowry Avenue and Marshal closed down and traffic is a mess in the area according to reports.

A large fire at a concrete factory has the intersection of Lowry Avenue and Marshall St. NE closed down and traffic is a mess in the area according to reports.

The best alternative is to use Central or University Avenues to reach downtown, or cross the Mississippi River at via the Camden Bridge and use Washington Avenue or 94.
