Commuters on southbound 35W and westbound 94 will run into resistance in downtown Minneapolis. Ramps to 11th Avenue and Hennepin/Lyndale are backed up. That is causing slow downs on southbound 35W from University Avenue.

Commuters on southbound 35W and westbound 94 will run into resistance in downtown Minneapolis. Ramps to 11th Avenue and Hennepin/Lyndale are backed up. That is causing slow downs on southbound 35W from University Avenue.

On westbound 94, the cramming begins near Cedar Avenue.
