It's turning brutal on northbound Cedar Avenue. A mishap at Hwy. 13 and congestion is making the drive from 35E up to the Crosstown 25 to 30 minutes.

Crosstown is jammed from Hwy. 169 to 35W in both directions.

And traffic is barely moving in downtown Minneapolis on eastbound 94 and 394 due to a pair of wrecks.

Here is what you can expect at this hour:

North metro

Southbound 35W from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280: 24 minutes

Southbound 35E from County 96 to I-94: 13 minutes.

Eastbound Hwy. 10 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 13 minutes

West metro

Eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 494: 18 minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 10 minutes

Eastbound 394 to 35W via 94: 19 minutes

Southbound Hwy. 169 from I-94 to Crosstown: 23 minutes

South metro

Northbound 35W from County 42 to the Crosstown: 13 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 25 to 30 minutes

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 20 minutes

Northbound 169 from County 18 to 494: 9 minutes

Eastbound Hwy. 212 from Dell Road to Crosstown: 12 minutes

Westbound 494 from Cedar Avenue to Hwy. 100: 10 minutes. Eastbound 494 from Hwy. 169 to 35W: 24 minutes

Westbound 94 from Keats Avenue to downtown St. Paul: 17 minutes
