The State Patrol is still dealing with a roll over crash on Hwy. 610 at Coon Rapids Blvd. The back ups extends beyond University Avenue. That is a 15-minute wait.

Here is what you can expect elsewhere:

Southbound 35W from 95th Avenue down to Hwy. 280: 15 minutes

Southbound 35E from County Road 96 to downtown St. Paul: 18minutes

Eastbound 94 from Hwy. 101 to 494: 11 minutes

Southbound 494 from 94 down to 394: 14 minutes

Eastbound 394 to 35W via 94: 10 minutes

Northbound 35W from County 42 to the Crosstown: 13 minutes.

Northbound Cedar Avenue from 35E to the Crosstown: 11 minutes

Northbound 35E from County 42 to downtown St. Paul: 27 minutes

Northbound 169 from County 18 to 494: 9 minutes

Eastbound Hwy. 212 from Dell Road to Crosstown: 10 minutes

Westbound 94 from Keats Avenue to downtown St. Paul: 15 minutes

Westbound 94 from 35E to the Lowry Hill Tunnel: 20 minutes.

Westbound Hwy. 36 from Edgerton Street to 35W: 12 minutes.

On 494, eastbound from Hwy. 169 to Hwy. 5, 14 minutes; westbound is 14 minutes.
