A crash on the left shoulder of northbound 35W at Franklin Avenue is tangling traffic from the Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis. That trip is now at 21 minutes.

A crash on the left shoulder of northbound 35W at Franklin Avenue is tangling traffic from the Crosstown to downtown Minneapolis. That trip is now at 21 minutes.

The back up is affecting traffic on westbound Crosstown. From Hwy. 100 to 35W is 14 minutes.

Southbound 35W is 18 minutes from Hwy. 10 down to Hwy. 280.

Westbound 494 is 19 minutes from Cedar Avenue over to Hwy. 212. Eastbound drivers will need 13 minutes.
