Traffic is quickly jamming up in downtown Minneapolis due to a wreck on the right shoulder in the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

Elsewhere, drive times are rising on southbound 35W from 95th Avenue into downtown Minneapolis, now at 35 minutes. Northbound 35W from the Burnsville Split to downtown Minneapolis is approaching the 30-minute mark.
