8:10 a.m. update: Big snarl developing in Minneapolis

A crash on the ramp from eastbound 94 to northbound 35W has the left lane on 94 blocked.

A crash on the ramp from eastbound 94 to northbound 35W has the left lane on 94 blocked.

Traffic is bunching up all the way through the Lowry Hill Tunnel, and on the ramp from eastbound 394 to 94.

On northbound 35W, slow downs begin at 26th Street.

Looks like injuries with this one. Ambulance is now arriving on the scene.
