8:10 a.m. update: A few tight spots

A stall is leading to a minor jam up on westbound 94 through the Lowry Hill Tunnel. The incident is just outside the tunnel at the 394 exit. Traffic slows at Cedar Avenue.

The rush hour has been fairly tame with few crashes and not much congestion to deal with. However, we do have a few places where commuters will have to tap the brakes.

Those include southbound 35E approaching the Cayuga Bridge in St. Paul. There is a crash at Maryland Avenue.

I-494 in both directions from Hwy. 100 to 35W. Look for a fender bender on the right shoulder eastbound at France Avenue.

A couple pedestrians are on the right shoulder working on their broken down car at westbound 94 at 53rd Avenue.

Southbound 35W and westbound 694 are tight in near the interchange where the freeways meet.
