A stalled vehicle is still blocking a lane of traffic on westbound 94 at Mounds Blvd. in St. Paul. Traffic is slow in the area.

You'll also find congestion on westbound 494 from Cedar Av. to Hwy. 100, northbound 169 from County 101 to 494, and southbound Hwy. 100 at 23rd St.

Southbound 35W is still busy in the vicinity of County Road 96 due to a crash.
