Major amounts of congestion on the Crosstown in both directions between Hwy. 169 and Hiawatha Avenue. It's 20 to 25 minutes in either direction.

Northbound 169 is struggling from Canterbury Road up to Valley View Road where we've got a crash has just moved to the right shoulder. The unpleasantness continues up to 394 with 30 minutes needed from Hwy. 101 to 394.

Southbound 169 is 24 minutes from 94 to 394 through Brooklyn Park and New Hope.

It's been a slow roll all morning on eastbound 94 from Albertville to Maple Grove. That is still 45 minutes.

The east metro is seeing some improvment as travel times along 94 from Woodbury to downtown St. Paul have dropped. It is now 20 minutes from Manning Avenue to downtown St. Paul.

I 694 in both directions has pockets of stop and go traffic from 10th Street in Oakdale to 35E in Maplewood.
