Crashes at County Road H and County Road 10 have just cleared, but the damage is still in place in terms of a big traffic jam. Estimated travel times from the Forest Lake Split to downtown Minneapolis is 45 to 55 minutes as things just won't shake loose.

In Bloomington, northbound 35W drivers will encounter delays due to a fresh stall in the center lane at 106th Street and a crash ahead at 98th Street. It's 20 minutes from the Burnsville Split to downtown Minneapolis.

In Lakeville, travel times are down to 21 minutes from County Road 2 up to the split.

Commuters on eastbound 394 will sputter along from 494 to downtown Minneapolis. That ride will take 20 minutes due to congestion.
