8:05 a.m. update: Snarled on 494 in Bloomington

A stalled vehicle on westbound 494 at Penn Avenue is snarling traffic. Drivers are creeping along at 15 miles per hour from Hwy. 5 to Hwy. 100. That is now a 22 minute drive.

A stalled vehicle on westbound 494 at Penn Avenue is snarling traffic. Drivers are creeping along at 15 miles per hour from Hwy. 5 to Hwy. 100. That is now a 22 minute drive.

Eastbound 494 is 15 minutes from Hwy. 169 to Cedar Avenue.

Crosstown is seeing a bit more traffic as driver might be using that road to avoid westbound 494.

The car fire at Hwy. 65 and Constance Blvd. is out. The right lane on Constance is shut down.

A stalled vehicle is off to the right shoulder on eastbound 94 at Huron Blvd. That's not impacting traffic. Earlier, a log jam is in place on southbound 94 heading into the Lowry Hill Tunnel.
