8:05 a.m. update: Sluggish in spots

Wet roads and increasing traffic volume is all it takes for congestion to form on eastbound 394. A stall on the right shoulder at Dunwoody Blvd. also is playing a part.

Wet roads and increasing traffic volume is all it takes for congestion to form on eastbound 394. A stall on the right shoulder at Dunwoody Blvd. also is playing a part.

Plan on 12 to 15 minutes from 494 to downtown St. Paul.

A fresh crash on southbound 494 at the Fish Lake Interchange is causing a bit of slow down on eastbound 94 coming down from Weaver Lake Road. Things are bunched up on southbound 494 from 94 down to Rockford Road. It's 15 minutes from the split down to 394.

Look for slow and go traffic on westbound 94 from McKnight Road to downtown St. Paul and on southbound 35W from Lexington Avenue down to Hwy. 280.

Westbound Crosstown is running slower than nomral from Cedar Avenue out to Hwy. 100. That is 17 minutes.
