Rollovers have been the story of the day, and a majority of them have happened on freeway and highway on and off ramps.

The latest is on southbound Hwy. 100. It's at the bottom of the ramp from 42nd Avenue in Crystal. That is creating a ramp jam, and slow downs on 100 that kick in at County Road 81.

Northbound Hwy. 169 continues to struggle. A crash at Anderson Lakes Pkwy. has traffic plugged up back to Old Shakopee Road.
