8:05 a.m. update: It's getting slick out there

Beware, there is just enough fog and mist out there to create slick conditions. We've had a few spinouts in the past few minutes.

Among them is one on northbound Hwy. 61 at 494 in Newport.

In Eden Prairie, there's a wreck blocking the left lane on eastbound 494 at Flying Cloud Drive.

On southbound 94 at 57th Avenue, look for a wreck on the left shoulder. That's adding to congestion on eastbound 694 with traffic backed up to Zane Avenue. Things not moving much better on westbound 694 from Silver Lake Road to Hwy. 252.

It's a parking lot on northbound 35 at Crystal Lake Road. Things creeping along from 162nd Street.

FILE -- A rent deposit slot at an apartment complex in Tucker, Ga., on July 21, 2020. As an eviction crisis has seemed increasingly likely this summer, everyone in the housing market has made the same plea to Washington: Send money — lots of it — that would keep renters in their homes and landlords afloat.
