8:05 a.m. update: I-94 through St. Paul is tough going

We thought 694 would present the worst travel problems this morning, but, in fact, I-94 through Woodbury and into Minneapolis is the biggest headache.

We thought 694 would present the worst travel problems this morning, but, in fact, I-94 through Woodbury and into Minneapolis is the biggest headache.

It's taking up to 45 minutes for commuters to get from Manning Avenue over to 35W in Minneapolis.

It's also plugged on westbound Hwy. 36 from 35E to W and ahead on 35W from Industrial Blvd. to downtown Minneapolis.

That is taking up to 30 minutes.
