Commuters are spending time stuck in a bottleneck on Hwy. 100 in both directions between 50th Street and Hwy. 7. A crash on the southbound side at Excelsior Blvd. are exacerbating things.

On northbound Cedar Avenue, a fender bender on the river bridge is adding to the misery for drivers coming up from McAndrews Road. It's 21 minutes to reach the Crosstown.
