A stalled vehicle blocking the left shoulder on westbound 694 near Rice Street has traffic at a standstill. The backup extends back to 35E.

Look out for a stalled vehicle on southbound 35W at County Road C in Roseville. Traffic is already heavy from Hwy. 10 down to the scene.
