We've got a number of places where traffic is tight on the system. People are definitely back to work and school today.

Problem areas include 494 in both directions between Cedar Avenue and Hwy. 212. It's about 17 minutes in each direction. Eastbound drivers will find crashes at Hwy. 169 and West Bush Lake Road. Also word of one ahead at Hwy. 5.

Eastbound 694 is plugged up from University to 35W. There's an accident at Silver Lake Road off to the right shoulder.

Southbound 35W is inching along from Lexington Avenue to Hwy. 280. Earlier wrecks along with one blocking the left shoulder at Hwy. 88 have added to the congestion.

No accidents, just heavy traffic is responsible for the 25-minute drive from Hwy. 101 to 494 on eastbound 94.

You'll encounter tight traffic on southbound 35E from Hwy. 36 to 94, southbound Hwy. 100 from 57th Avenue to 394, and southbound 494 from the Fish Lake interchange to 394.

Westbound Hwy. 36 is about 12 minutes from 35E to Hwy. 280. Also look for heavy levels on 694 in both directions between 35W and Hwy. 252.
