Southbound 35W from Lake Drive to 694.
Southbound 35E from Hwy. 36 to downtown St. Paul.
Eastbound 94 from Brockton Lane to 494/694 split in Maple Grove.
It's also busy on Central Avenue in northeast Minneapolis.
