Commuters on northbound I-35 will find heavier traffic levels than usual from the Elko/New Market area up to the Burnsville Split. That trip is now at 20 minutes.

Ahead, it is 13 minutes up to 494 by way of 35W and 23 minutes to downtown St. Paul by way of 35E.

Southbound 35E is plugged approaching Diffley Road. A spin out has a vehicle hung up on a guard rail in the center median.
