Traffic is stacking up on Hwy. 169 at 109th Avenue. Stop lights are not working.

Trees and wires are blocking the lanes in Medina at Cedar and Walnut.

Traffic is stacking up on Hwy. 169 at 109th Avenue. Stop lights are not working.

Lights also are not working on Hwy 55 at Pino Drive and at Hwy. 110 at Delaware Av. in Mendota Heights.

Look for crowding on westbound 94 and southbound 35W in the downtown Commons in Minneapolis.

It's a 10 to 12 minute drive on southbound 35W from Hwy. 10 to 694.
