7 a.m. update: Stall jams traffic on 94 in Minneapolis

A tanker truck is disabled and sitting on the left shoulder of eastbound 94 at the Lowry Hill Tunnel. Traffic is quickly stacking up in the area and remains heavy over to 35W.

A tanker truck is disabled and sitting on the left shoulder of eastbound 94 at the Lowry Hill Tunnel. Traffic is quickly stacking up in the area and remains heavy over to 35W.

A new crash also has traffic on eastbound 94 slowing approaching Hwy. 101 in Rogers. Plan on a couple minute delay through there.
