The trouble spot at this hour is on southbound Hwy. 252 at 66th Avenue where authorities are on the scene of a rollover. Word is that one person is trapped in the vehicle which is blocking the right lane. As a result, look for congestion from Humboldt Avenue to 694.

The trouble spot at this hour is on southbound Hwy. 252 at 66th Avenue where authorities are on the scene of a rollover. Word is that one person is trapped in the vehicle which is blocking the right lane. As a result, look for congestion from Humboldt Avenue to 694.

Elsewhere, you'll find pockets of congestion on southbound 35E from 694 to downtown St. Paul. That's a 9-minute trip. Plan on 14 minutes on westbound 94 from 694 to downtown St. Paul.

The squeeze is on in spots along southbound 35W from Lexington Avenue to Hwy. 280. That is running at 15 minutes.

Eastbound 94 is slow and go from the Crow River to the Fish Lake Interchange. Plan on 17 minutes for that drive.

A tad bit of sluggishness on northbound 35W in the area of Black Dog Road, but nothing that will cause much of a delay.
