A stalled vehicle is blocking the right shoulder on westbound 494 at Hardman Avenue in the Newport/South St. Paul area.

That's got traffic stacked up beyond Bailey Road. Plan on an extra 10 minutes.

It's stop and go on westbound 694 from 35E to Hwy. 252. Eastbound drivers will need extra time due to a wreck at Xerxes Avenue.

Westbound hwy. 36 is a parking lot from 35E to 35W; looks like 15-minute drive.
