7 a.m. update: Sluggish on 494 through Plymouth

Police have a vehicle pulled over on the right shoulder of southbound 494 at 49th Avenue. That is causing traffic to slow down just enough to create minor delays past the scene. Things also are a bit tight from the Fish Lake Interchange down to Bass Lake Road.

Police have a vehicle pulled over on the right shoulder of southbound 494 at 49th Avenue. That is causing traffic to slow down just enough to create minor delays past the scene. Things also are a bit tight from the Fish Lake Interchange down to Bass Lake Road.

Emergency crews are on the scene of a semitrailer truck versus pickup truck crash on 85th Avenue at Hwy. 169 in Brooklyn Park.

Lighter than normal levels on southbound 35W are making for a pleasant trip from 95th Avenue to Hwy. 280. That is only 12 minutes.

Eastbound Hwy. 10 is stacked up approaching Greenhaven Drive due to road work. Plan on 8 minutes to get over to Hanson Blvd.

Northbound Hwy. 169 clogs up at Canterbury Road, so plan on 15 minutes to get up to 494.
