7 a.m. update: Second crash of morning on Cayuga

Conditions on the Cayuga Bridge are treacherous. For the second time this morning, a motorist has spun out and slammed into the concrete wall. This one is blocking the right lane on southbound 35E on the bridge. Traffic is light, but take it easy.

Conditions on the Cayuga Bridge are treacherous. For the second time this morning, a motorist has spun out and slammed into the concrete wall. This one is blocking the right lane on southbound 35E on the bridge. Traffic is light, but take it easy.

On W. 7th Street/Hwy. 5 in the vicinity of the Mississippi River bridge and Hwy. 55, at least six or seven vehicles are involved in a crash. The stretch is described as having glare ice, according to MnDOT. Salt trucks are on the way.

Crashes and spinouts continue to poor in. Look for a vehicle in the median on eastbound Hwy. 10 at County Road J.
