A crash blocking the left lane on Hwy. 36 at Fairview Avenue has traffic backed up to Dale Street. Still, it's only a 10-minute drive from White Bear Avenue to 35W.

A crash blocking the left lane on Hwy. 36 at Fairview Avenue has traffic backed up to Dale Street. Still, it's only a 10-minute drive from White Bear Avenue to 35W.

That's about the only snag on the system as traffic volumes are lighter than normal.
