7 a.m. update: Jammed on Hwy. 55 in Mendota

A jackknifed semi is blocking westbound Hwy. 55 at the Mendota Bridge. That's got traffic at a dead stop on Hwy. 55 and it's affecting Hwy. 13 drivers, too.

A jackknifed semi is blocking westbound Hwy. 55 at the Mendota Bridge. That's got traffic at a dead stop on Hwy. 55 and it's affecting Hwy. 13 drivers, too.

In Edina, look for a stalled semi blocking the right lane on westbound Crosstown just prior to Hwy. 100. The ramp to northbound 100 is closed.
