7 a.m. update: Current drive times

Slow downs are in place for westbound 94 from I-694 to downtown St. Paul and traffic is getting sluggish on eastbound 94 from Broadway over to 35W in downtown Minneapolis. A stall is on the right shoulder outside the east end of the Lowry Hill Tunnel.

Look out for a fender bender on the left shoulder of southbound Hwy. 169 at County Road 81 in Brooklyn Park.
