Authorities have completed their investigation of a fatal motorcycle crash on the ramp from eastbound 694 to East River Road. The ramp is now open.

On the congestion front, look for pockets of slow traffic on westbound 94 from Ruth Street into downtown St. Paul, southbound 35E from Lexington Avenue to County Road 96 and eastbound 94 from the Crow River to Weaver Lake Road.

One crash slowing traffic is on southbound Hwy. 100 at Hwy. 7. The action is on the right shoulder.
