7 a.m. update: Current drive times

A crash taking out the left lane is choking traffic on southbound 35W approaching County Road 23 in Lino Lakes. The backup is extending to north of County 23.

Westbound 494 is losing speed from Hardman Avenue over to 35W, so plan on a few extra minutes there.

That dog that was running wild earlier at Lowry Avenue apparently has returned. It was recently spotted along I-94 near Dowling Avenue.
