Congestion is building on southbound 35E from County Road J to County Road H2 in White Bear Lake.

The right lane of westbound 694 is closed as authorities respond to a car that went into Shingle Creek in Brooklyn Center.

One other snag, a crash on the right shoulder of eastbound Hwy. 10 at the I-35W interchange.
